The ALCON 2009 will be held at Hofstra University which is located on Long Island in Hempstead, New York. This university is located centrally within the metropolitan NYC/Long Island area and is accessible by bus and train from the major New York airports. New York City is within easy reach via bus and train for touring. Hofstra University is one of the premier New York Universities, and it has excellent Facilities for holding Conventions such as the ALCON 2009. The University is also offering reasonably priced accommodations for convention attendees which are located close by within walking distance of the meeting facilities. The Hofstra cafeteria will also be open to provide food for attendees.
